I thought this was an unusual day. I was glad for the opportunity to meet with Mr. Kershner, because as I’ve been told countless times since I was laid off, you can only get a job through networking, so I considered this meeting networking. I was surprised that he took me on a tour of his place, despite both of us knowing that I was’t a fit for his open position. The more I think of it, I believe he just likes to show off his place. My disappointment this day though occurred when we sat down to talk, or to network as it’s called. None of the people he could think of that might be of help for me and my job search, were any good.

This day seems to be the norm for me during this pain-in-the-ass job search.
