It felt good getting back in “the swing of things” getting a half hour jog on the treadmill. No problem with my back and no congestion and coughing. Now if I could just avoid people…
I have no idea how I did this one, but damn is it annoyingly painful. I don’t think it’s anything bad or long lasting, I just hope it goes away on its’s own. And soon!!!
