In today’s comic, I make reference to buying this book, “Essential X-Men Volume 1” at a Comic Shop last October. You can see me buying it in my comic for October 19, 2014 and  I was surprised to find a copy of that book. From what I understand, that particular volume is out of print.

Now I have a dresser in my spare room and that’s where I always place gifts I buy for family and friends. Why I didn’t put this book there…. I’ll never know.
