The fact that I’ve been running every day (over 200 now) this year means that my body has been used to it. Going out everyday, like today at the park, and jogging for 30 minutes, isn’t foreign to me now, but, hoo boy! Throw in the heat and especially the humidity, that at times makes it difficult to breathe, then it doesn’t matter how adjusted your body is to running, it’ll sap your energy and make yourself question: “What the hell am I doing out here?!”
