So, here’s another problem with the house. Sure, it’s no way near as bad as the flood in my Family Room was, the faulty sump pump and root filled drain pipes that helped cause it, but still….

Oh well, at least this one can be resolved with replacing the toilet and they’re not that expensive. But what is it with this place and water ???
