Now before anyone says anything, the problem I had with this phone call from a recruiter isn’t because he was calling from India and I know why businesses outsource jobs, it’s because of money (it’s always because of money). No, the problem I had was because I REALLY couldn’t understand him. It would be no difference then if a job recruiter from America called a person in India about a prospective open position and couldn’t properly speak Hindi.

If you have a business that depends on the easy ability to be understood over the phone and your employee has difficulty grasping the language of the person they’re calling, you’re running your business wrong.
