I realize that that I was in good shape 26 years ago and that a body tends to lose the ability to shed the pounds, and build the muscle, as you get older. Sure, the same regiment I went through back then probably wouldn’t have nearly the same effect on me at this age (the regiment was eating small, specific meals every three hours and a work out procedure every day, and it really worked). But that doesn’t mean I can’t do something right now, at this age, about the damn belly.
