This as another nice thing about the office here, there really isn’t much “red tape” in the seating set up. The cubicle I’ve been in since I began here last year was given to me because, well,  it was available. No other reason why. When we hired the new Graphic Designer who starts Monday (and remember, like me he doesn’t “really” work for the branch office, he’ll be working for the entire Atlantic Zone) I suggested to the office manager that it’d make sense if we take that large cubicle, so I could help hm out. He said sure, why not. No big stink. Paperwork didn’t have to be filled out. I just decided to come in on a Saturday so I wouldn’t waste work hours setting everything up.
