These Port-a-Johns aren’t the only places you can find these rolls of VERY thin toilet paper. I’ve encountered them in public restrooms at restaurants, department stores, even at places that I’ve worked. Like I say in the comic, you know there are businesses that believe by ordering this cheap paper that they’ll be saving money, but I’m guessing that people (like me in this comic) have to use much more paper than they’d planned too, and in the end more rolls will be used. In the long run these businesses won’t be saving any money at all.
