Daily Comic Journal: January 15, 2019: “Lying Lyrics?”
In case you aren’t familiar with the song I refer to in the last panel, “Escape (The Pina Colada Song” by Rupert Holmes, it’s about a man who wants to cheat on his girlfriend (or wife? I’m not sure) and makes arrangements to do so, only to find out the woman he wants to cheat with, is actually his girlfriend (who it turns out, wanted to cheat on him). I don’t see much future for this relationship.
