I can understand why the hair cutters and hair dressers who work at such places like Great Clips would still come into work even though they may have a head cold or a cold.  I’m pretty sure that they don’t get paid vacation time or paid sick days (though I could be wrong). Taking that into consideration, if they don’t come into work they don’t get paid, so unless they have the flu or worse, they don’t want to miss that paycheck. I can understand it. But when you’re sitting in the chair, hearing sniffles and coughs and you don’t have any health insurance (for four more days) you don’t have to like it.
