Calling this room a waiting room might be a bit of a misnomer. When you enter the Excela Health complex and tell them which doctor you have an appointment with they immediately send you to one of the doctor’s exam rooms (I think there are about 10 individual exam rooms). So, you actually are waiting in the room where you’re going to be examined in. At least you don’t have to wait in a room to be called into another room to wait.

The absence of magazines are something I’ve noticed with doctors, dentists, etc.. offices over the last few years. I guess they figure that everyone has a phone and can look and read that while waiting.
