Yes, this is a puzzler for me. I can understand it if my brain “woke me up” a few minutes before 6:30 EVERY morning or even a few minutes before 8:30 EVERY morning. but how does it know the difference between weekdays and weekends? Maybe I should try and see what my brain does on the next holiday or vacation day I take. What time will it choose to wake me up then?
