I’m sure every cartoonishly, every artist, have been influenced by other cartoonists or artists. Sometimes the influence is obvious, sometimes subliminal. It’s no secret that I’ve been influenced by that madcap Mad Magazine artist, Don Martin. When I was coming up with the idea to draw today’s comic, doing a “Martin-esque” type comic came to mind immediately.

This isn’t the first time I drew a comic as an homage to Martin, I did one back on October 28, 2018.
