I can’t be the only person who has noticed this, right? I can remember many years ago when the only time you’d see a vehicle with tinted windows would be a limousine or some other expensive vehicle and even then, that would be a rare occasion. Now, it seems that every other car or truck, no matter the make or age, have their windows so blacked-out. I just find that so odd.
