Besides the plot’s premise, what would a world where The Beatles never existed be like, I liked the overriding story about the dilemma of taking credit or not taking credit for someone else’s work. Is it ethical to say you wrote a song you didn’t write, even if the artists who created it never existed, in the world you now live in? It’s not a perfect film, and you can’t think too hard about some specifics, but it’s an enjoyable one.
