One of the perks to drawing a daily diary comic is, when I realized that it was just last year on this date that I bought my house, I was able to revisit those days, just by looking back at those comics. Yeah, things have really changed. My house was flooded just two days after buying this house, I was let go from American Textile Company just six days later, and, well…. things looked very, very bleak.

What a difference a year makes.
