I’ve grown accustomed, over the years, with frustratingly dealing with companies over the phone. Having to wade through their inane automative answering services, speaking with representatives who are nothing more than glorified operators, and knowing that I didn’t want to take too long of a break, to contact these companies and services, only lead to my apprehension as I began these calls.

So what do I say when none of that happened? When it all went smoothly and the people I spoke with were helpful and pleasant.
