I’ll be curious to see how this Taco place does. Not only because they’ll have to overcome opening a new business during a pandemic, that they’ve had to start up just when every other place was closing up. But also because they’re offering something new and different then what had been sold there for decades and decades.

Will people who were used to stopping in at a building, for pizza and ice cream, suddenly decide to stop in for tacos and nachos?

You know how much people hate change.
