Not having any lingering pain since I ran 4 days ago is a good sign, along with feeling good after my half hour run today. (though I may be feeling good today since I finally had a TV to watch and listen to help distract me, but seriously, it took them over three weeks to do this???) I’ll probably give it a few days rest before attempting to run again. I feel confident though that I didn’t do any real structural damage to my calf.
