Yeah, I’ll give it a few days rest, maybe then the pain will be gone or would have subsided a bit. When I get in the running or exercise groove, I can’t be stopped. Well, except for an injury or bad weather. BUT- I can just as easily fall into the bad habit of not running or doing any type of exercise, if I get away from it, for a prolonged period of time. That’s why I’m so obsessed with getting back to it now.
