I guess this isn’t a technical or computer problem I could blame the fact that our IR Department is in India. Had the tech guys from Buffalo Grove (which is in Illinois) been in the office, it would probably have taken the same amount of time to fix this than it did remotely.

Unfortunately though, this may not be a temporary situation. Because this is a second-hand computer it’s “bugginess” may lead to more problems. Like when I need to eventually upgrade the OS system.

But I’ll worry about that when it happens, I guess.
