Getting a work Cell Phone, days before I my first day of work, is a surprise for me. During my previous stint as a Graphic Designer for Siemens (which have been well documented in my comics) from 2018 – 2021, I didn’t get a work phone until late 2019. Now it’s not as if I really needed one, but it was good to have in case I needed it. But why they took so long, back in those days, to give me one and why they gave me an Android Phone when everyone else in my department had an Apple Phone (which is the model that I’ve personally had for years) is beyond me. Getting this phone today, despite my not being able to speak to anyone, just reinforces to me that I’ll be working again, very, very soon.
