As frustrated as I felt today, for the first time since I started at Siemens, in 2018, I think I actually got some productive work done with their IT.

No, not with Atos. The language barrier and distance is such a hinderance, even though they can control my computer from afar, in attempts to fix it, they were of no help. And while the guy from Ohio was easier to understand and was closer, he couldn’t figure out why there’s been no sound with my laptop either. No, to wasn’t until I spoke with and worked with, the woman from HP that we got any progress. At least we got some sort of diagnosis. Hopefully whoever comes out here on Thursday can fix the problem.

But all of that took hours. Hours I could have been working.
