Before anyone asks, I’m guessing that the reason that this small business owner chose this location for their ice cream shop is that the rent is probably very cheap.

But unless you have a very well known name, let’s say either Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbins (for ice cream), where the majority of consumers who drive by would be familiar with the product, how can you attract anyone, knowing that they’ll have to deal with the pain-in-the-ass entryway, to stop by and try your product? Sure, they may be saving money on rent but at the cost of customers? In the long run, is to worth it?

Yeah, these are the kinds of things I think about, while dealing with my daily commute.
