The reason why I believe the main reason that Jim quit was his commute. In the short time we worked together and spoke, he almost always brought up his commute. I think he lives south/east from our Bridgeville offices so his commute couldn’t be much worse than mine (I live north/east from our offices). You just bite the bullet and do the best you can. You make it work. Besides, once he got going, learned Desigo and our work procedures, he could start occasionally working from home. Like I was doing today.
