Sure, it’s great to have the ability to browse through web sites (Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia) to not only find out all pertinent information about these houses, but to see photos of all the rooms and interiors. One thing they won’t show (because the agents are very good at framing the pictures) are the proximity to other houses and roads. Surfing, shopping for a house online is convenient, but it’ll never surpass actually standing on the property and experiencing the location in the flesh.
