Now, before anyone says anything, no, I’m not some creepy viewer looking out at these kids at the bus stop. Because I get up to go downstairs to work at the same time the school buses arrive and because one of my morning routines is to go around to all three bed rooms, the living room and dining room and open the curtains (just as I have a nightly routine where I go around closing all those curtains) I can’t help but see these kids. After awhile you get used to seeing them standing outside waiting for the bus,  just as I get used to seeing the birds and other critters eat at the feeders out by my gazebo. Also, seeing those kids brings back memories when I was a kid waiting at the bus stop to go to school. I have empathy for them. It is fun seeing how happy they seem to be on their first days and the last days compared to all the others in-between.
