It sure is frustrating. Now, to be truthful I REALLY haven’t changed my diet that much. So that could be a reason why I’m not losing as much weight and I might be relying too much on past result. When I was 10, 15 years younger, back then I’d pick up the pace with a lot of running and see the weight loss. I may just have to come to grips with my metabolism not being the same and to add something more to my strategy then just daily running.

But that doesn’t mean I’m gonna stop. Just 274 more days to go.
