Daily Comic Journal: August 15, 2020: “I Think That Anyone Who Falls In Love Is A Freak.”
As you can see, when I saw this movie on January 28, 2014 I really liked it a lot. (and I also noticed that back in 2014 I saw 67 movies in the theaters that year!)
Watching the Blu Ray allows for watching extras. I learned that the part of “Samantha”, the voice of the Operating System was originally voiced by access Samantha Morton (which is why the OS is named Samantha) but Jonze didn’t feel the voice was quite right, so they reshot all scenes with Scarlett Johansson as the voice.
After watching it again and learning this tidbit, it got me thinking, I’ve seen a bunch of movies that Scarlett Johansson was in. So, I checked out IDMB. These are the movies she’s in that I’ve seen.:
The Horse Whisperer
The Man Who Wasn’t There
Ghost World
Lost In Translation
Girl With A Pearl Earring
The Spongebob Squarepants Movie
In Good Company
Match Point
The Island
Scoop
Vicky Cristina Barcelona
Hitchcock (I have a Comic Review)
Don Jon (I have a Comic Review)
Her (I have a Comic Review)
Chef (I have a Comic Review)
Lucy (I have a Comic Review)
Hail,Caesar!
The Jungle Book (I have a Comic Review)
Marriage Story
JoJo Rabbit (I have a Comic Review)
And the Marvel Universe films
Iron Man 2 (I have a Comic Review)
Avengers (I have a Comic Review)
Captain America 2: Winter Soldier (I have a Comic Review)
Avengers 2: Age Of Ultron (I have a Comic Review)
Captain America 3: Civil War
Avengers 3: Infinity War (I have a Comic Review)
Avengers 4: Endgame (I have a Comic Review)
That’s 28 films! I don’t go out seeking films that she’s in just because she’s in them.
I guess I just happen to like the projects she chooses to make,
