It was if the entire office was paralyzed! They couldn’t read and send new e-mails. They couldn’t access anything because they couldn’t get onto any of the drives. Second day of the new year and this happens? Eventually many people left to work the rest of the day from home where at least they could get on the internet. As for me, it was business as usual.

BTW, because Jim spent most of his day orientating himself with the company, (after all, it’s only his third full day of work) company procedures and learning how to use Desigo, the downed internet and servers really didn’t bother him either.
