There are days, even when you just put in a normal eight hour day, that you could tell yourself, “Go ahead, blow off the gym today. No big deal.” Especially for me, this month, since my mom isn’t home, I don’t have to worry, having her wait dinner for me, when I come home late. But these 10, 12 hour days have just about worn me out. Just can’t get the energy to put in a 30 minute run on the treadmill.

Unfortunately, all of that ain’t gonna make the stomach any flatter.
