Daily Comic Journal: March 20, 2017: “So How Has My Job Search Been?”
You know, I really hope that one day I can write and draw a happy ending cartoon here. I mean, not that type of happy ending, but a comic that shows me getting great news from a company or studio. That they need me and want to hire me. But as each day goes by and days like this comic depicts occurs, I’m beginning to lose all hope that it’ll ever happen.
It’s times like these that I wish I was drawing a fictional comic.

Having seen this, I have to wonder if there’s anything up with any employer referrals you might be putting forward?
Are you getting any feedback from these interviews as to why you’re not suitable for x position?

These were specifically for jobs I’ve applied for online. Their responses were simple e-mails, that said they’re going with someone else. The jobs from The Creative Group are handled through the TCG recruiters. The recruiters didn’t tell me why the specific company went with someone else.
So I guess in my long winded answer, no, they’re not telling me anything.
I will say though, with my most recent freelance gigs, I’ve had nothing but positive responses with my work and professionalism.
But no full time job offers.
